This position will require the ideal candidate to become a product expert and take ownership of customer issues elevating concerns as necessary. The ideal candidate will be willing to help customers with any training or issues of the software. We offer full and individualized training. Responsibilities will include:

  • Responds to the needs of clients and build positive relationships by providing accurate information and timely responses.
  • Actively contributes to improving clients’ satisfaction by analyzing client needs and concerns and providing information regarding available products and services. This includes reinforcing value, increasing customer utilization of products, promoting education, and providing training.

  • Experience with Google apps
