The position duties include public relations, general office tasks, some accounting -- assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. Daily tasks include processing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, bank deposits, answering phones and directing calls, drafting and editing correspondence, emails and reports. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining files and databases as well as ordering office supplies and managing inventory. The position supports the administrative officers of the company. The primary supervisor is the President.

Computer Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and technology in general, Quickbooks experience a plus.
