Job Description Seeking a Loan Partner to join our team! This person is responsible for assisting with the growth and cultivation of our referral partner relationships, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails, and building rapport with clients and business partners while determining the immediate needs of both as well. To learn more about our team click the link below. https://www.theiversongroup.com/about-4 Responsibilities: · Ability to grow and maintain referral partner relationships · Assist new clients through the information intake process and scheduling consultations with their respective loan officer · Manage 40-60 leads per month · Ability to review and understand loan application, documentation and AUS findings necessary for pre-approval · Manage CRM to include maintaining notes in the client record, effectively working follow-up tasks and ensuring data relating to communications and the status of leads is accurately documented · Extreme follow up with clients and established business partners via phone, text, and email to ensure complete information on file, request outstanding document needs, and schedule consultations and/or meet-ups. · Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout their homebuying journey · Assist with various marketing efforts: gifting, client/VIP events, communication campaigns Qualifications: · Customer satisfaction, orientation, and sales competencies · Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment · Strong attention to detail and written communication · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills About Us: At Neighborhood Loans, we are passionate mortgage lending professionals with one goal in mind - make our clients, our priority. We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant or Homecare Aid to join our teams as a Direct Support Professional. You will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with developmental delays. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others increasing their independence. Duties: Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental delays Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Administer medications according to prescribed instructions Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding Engage individuals in social and recreational activities Provide emotional support to clients Monitor and document individual progress towards habilitative and behavior support goals Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times Maintain a clean and organized living environment Shift Options: We are currently hiring: Part time: 6am-3pm Saturday and Sunday Part time: 3pm-11pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Full time: 6am-7pm Saturday, 6am-3pm Sunday, 3pm-11pm Monday and Tuesday Full time: 3pm-11pm Wednesday-Sunday Requirements: Previous experience in childcare, care for individuals with developmental delays, nursing, or caregiving is preferred. Ability to pass background check HCA, CNA, nurse delegation, beneficial but not required as training can be completed after hire.
