Qualifications
Have had a pulse for at least 18 years.
Can remain in upright positions for 8-10 hours a day.
Know your right hand from your left.
Have reliable transportation. We don't care if it's by car, bus, or donkey.
Must like a steady paycheck.
Must be a wizard at wrangling chaos and spotting a typo from a mile away.
Must play well with others—no lone wolves, drama queens, or office hermits.
On a more serious note.
Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
Maintain inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks safely.
Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

This person is responsible for assisting with the growth and cultivation of our referral partner relationships, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails, and building rapport with clients and business partners while determining the immediate needs of both as well. · Ability to grow and maintain referral partner relationships
· Assist new clients through the information intake process and scheduling consultations with their respective loan officer
· Manage 40-60 leads per month
· Ability to review and understand loan application, documentation and AUS findings necessary for pre-approval
· Manage CRM to include maintaining notes in the client record, effectively working follow-up tasks and ensuring data relating to communications and the status of leads is accurately documented
· Extreme follow up with clients and established business partners via phone, text, and email to ensure complete information on file, request outstanding document needs, and schedule consultations and/or meet-ups.
· Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout their homebuying journey
· Assist with various marketing efforts: gifting, client/VIP events, communication campaigns

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
Knowledge of resident rights and social work principles
Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required)
