ULG STAFFING has an IMMEDIATE opening for Marine Painter / Blasters in Everett, WA. Marine Painter / Blasters must have the ability to understand directions and follow instructions. Technically proficient in tasks, work processes, and equipment operation. Accountable for completion of daily work assignments, completion of work signatures, and QA signatures for completeness and quality of work. Day & Swing Shifts,  Monday-Friday $25/hour (local) $22/hour + $150 per diem (non-local) Marine Painter / Blaster Job Requirement: Prepares the materials and parts prior to blasting and painting. Operates sandblasting equipment to clean, remove corrosion or other contaminants on materials. Applies coat of paint to exterior surfaces of marine barge using a variety of tools including airless spray gun and related equipment. Ensure complete surface coverage designated in the specifications. Other tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements 2 + years industrial sandblasting or painting/spraying experience Proven experience working in a heavy industrial environment preferred Ideal candidate possesses the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers Motivated to continuously improve and learn new skills   FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION CONTACT A RECRUITER AT (425) 412-4227    ULG STAFFING Cares!
